Psychotherapy sessions are typically 45-55 minutes and can be held in person or virtually (telehealth). Psychotherapy focuses on gaining insight into emotional problems, thought processes, and behaviors.
Sessions start at $75. A sliding scale is available. Insurance is not accepted.
